Product Q&A
What's in Terrasil?
Terrasil is made with the finest all-natural ingredients
including Jojoba Oil (pronounced ho-ho-ba; derived from the
jojoba bean), Pure Beeswax (derived from bee hives) and our
patented silver oxide (silver and oxygen). These natural and
nurturing properties combine to form a highly effective
folliculitis product.
How is Terrasil different from Terrasil MAX?
Terrasil MAX is formulated with three (3) times the silver oxide
of regular strength Terrasil. The amounts of jojoba oil,
beeswax, and essential oils are the same. Since Aidance's
Electron Active silver oxide is the most potent ingredient in
Terrasil, Terrasil MAX is useful for extreme or stubborn cases.
How long does it take to see noticeable improvement?
Customer Success Stories suggest
that within a few days most people see a clearing of their skin. (Please note:
Results vary for users.)
Note: For individuals with extensive body area afflictions
and chronic conditions, life style factors may also play a vital
role. Reduce the stress on your body's systems. Rest, exercise,
drink plenty of water and eat a balanced, nourishing diet.
Consider seeking a nutritionist, naturopath, or other health
professional. In severe cases and medical emergencies, always go
to a medical doctor or hospital.
Is Terrasil safe?
The ingredients in Terrasil have been used by generations
for their soothing and healing properties. All are approved
cosmetic ingredients and listed in international cosmetic
dictionaries. Silver, in appropriate amounts and usage, is
widely used by naturopaths, homeopaths and other healers for its
germicidal and therapeutic benefits. In fact, the use of Silver
in wound and burn dressings is fully approved by the FDA.
Is Terrasil FDA approved?
As a cosmetic product, Terrasil does not require FDA
approval.
Does this really work?
The anti-pathogenic and germicidal properties of the silver
oxide in Terrasil has been tested by 14 reputable and independent Contract Research
Organizations (CROs). Countless individuals have contacted us
with their very positive feedback, declaring the Terrasil was
the major factor in returning them to healthy skin. Furthermore, we have a very liberal return
policy where customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, and yet
we have experienced very few returns.
Your product seems expensive. Why is that?
Actually, folliculitis products range in price from a low of $20 to a high of $100+. Considering the high quality and
rapid
effectiveness of Terrasil, our customers believe it is priced very fairly.
Terrasil is
unique in its combination of ingredients, and there is NO OTHER
PRODUCT CONTAINING SILVER AND OXYGEN IN A FOLLICULITIS CREAM.
Terrasil may be the only folliculitis product so unique that it’s
main ingredient is PROTECTED BY SEVEN PATENTS.

Applying Terrasil
How do I apply
Terrasil?
Most of our customers apply a small amount on their fingertip
then rub it gently on the affected area until the dark cream
is absorbed and clear. They repeat this 2-5
times daily and continue until symptom disappears.
How do I know if I am allergic to
Terrasil?
The most common potential allergen is the Silver-Oxide. Basically, if you can wear
silver jewelry without developing a rash, it is
unlikely you will have a problem with Terrasil. The other all natural
ingredients: Jojoba oil, beeswax and essential oil have even rarer allergenic
effects. Of course, as with any topical product, if any
discomfort, itching, or irritation develops, stop using Terrasil and
contact Aidance.
Can I use Terrasil if I am pregnant or nursing?
Just to be absolutely safe, Terrasil is not
recommended for use vaginally if pregnant or trying to conceive
and is also not recommended for use on breasts by nursing mothers.

Ordering & Payments
Why do I have to leave this site to buy
Terrasil?
Silver Life Labs is a Registered Affiliate of Aidance
Skincare, the producer of Terrasil. Our site is not equipped to
handle web transactions. When you click on the
Buy page you will be directed to the Terrasil home site.
What method of payment or credit card types do you take?
Currently Aidance accepts Master Card, Visa and Discover. They also
offer PayPal. Customers
outside the US will need to place orders online using a major
credit card. On your credit card statement is will show a
charge from Aidance Skincare.
Why is my debit/credit card being denied?
If your order transaction is being denied, please be sure you
are entering the correct Street and Postal code information into
your Bill To address fields during your checkout. These need to
match what you credit card company has on file. Alternatively,
if you are confident those do match but are still are having
problems, and are using a debit card, contact your bank to make
sure you have not exceeded your daily spending limit. If you
have a debit card and are still experiencing problems, we
strongly suggest that you do not attempt an excessive number of
transactions. This may cause your bank to hold funds for up to
24 hours in certain situations. See next FAQ.
My debit card was denied recently but I still see charge(s)
on my bank statement.
For your protection, in the case of a lost or stolen
credit/debit card, Aidance verifies that the Billing Street and
Postal code you entered on the Check Out page match those on file with
your card's financial institution. If these do not match, they
invalidate the sale transaction. Unfortunately, in the case of
debit cards, this may mean that your card's financial
institution (bank) may hold funds in the amount of the
attempted charge for up to 24 hours until the electronic banking
network communicates that the transaction was invalidated. Rest
assured - Aidance does not receive these funds; they have not left your
bank account.
In the unlikely scenario that your bank holds these funds for
longer than 24 hours, contact Aidance and they will work with you and
your bank to demonstrate the sale was cancelled so that those
funds are made available to you.
Why has my card been charged before I have received my
order?
To keep pace with the volume of orders Aidance receives, they need to be
sure of payment when you place your order. Since their commitment
is to fill your order within 24 hours (on business days), unless
otherwise noted, this is very rarely an issue for customers. For
U.S. customers who are uncomfortable with this policy, Aidance accepts
money orders and bank checks from major national banks and
institutions.

Shipping & Handling
Where's my order?
Aidance ships all orders within 24 hours on business days (unless
otherwise posted on their website). Depending on the shipping
method you choose (FedEx or US Mail) and where you live,
delivery times will vary.
 |
Domestic/US Mail |
| |
Our experience with 1st Class U.S.
Mail has been 2 to 5 days within the continental
United States. Consider that Aidance ships from New
York
when setting your expectations. |
 |
Domestic/FedEx |
| |
For FedEx Overnight, for 95% of
locales, FedEx delivers by 3pm at the latest the
following business day. There are no deliveries on

International/US Mail (Air Mail) |
| |
Delivery times when shipping
internationally via USPS can vary greatly depending
on the destination country and each county's Customs
procedures. Shipments from the U.S. to Canada or to
the U.K. can be fairly quick if not delayed in
Customs. Postal strikes in destination countries can
also adversely impact deliveries. The general range
for this shipping method is 1 to 3 weeks. |
 |
International/FedEx |
| |
Times here can vary based on
country as well as the destination country's customs
procedures. Barring any customs delays, the delivery
window should be 2 to 5 days. |
How do I track my order?
If your tracking # was not sent to you within 48-hours after your order was
placed, email
customer service (customerservice@aidanceskincare.com)
and we will send you either the USPS tracking # or the FedEx
tracking #.
Can you ship to U.S. Armed Services bases?
Yes, but only using the U.S. Mail (USPS). FedEx does not deliver
to APO/FPO addresses. Military designated addresses, APO (Army
Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office), allow mail to be
delivered to overseas military locations. APO addresses are
associated with US Army or Air Force installations. FPO
addresses are associated with US Navy installations and ships in
the United States.
For your Shipping Address on the Check-Out page:
- Be sure to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit
number using the Name and Street fields
- The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
- The Province Field (instead of State) must be entered
with either "AA" "AE" or "AP"
- AE for Armed Forces Europe, AA for Armed Forces Americas,
or AP for Armed Forces Pacific
- You must enter your Zip code.
Each country has its own import restrictions. Some items
cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. You must be aware of any
such restrictions for the region in which you are stationed.
Aidance has not had any issues yet with Terrasil.

Can FedEx deliver to my Post Office Box (POB)?
No. FedEx deliveries need a street or building.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you change it?
Email
customer service (customerservice@aidanceskincare.com).
If your order has not already shipped, the address can be
changed. If the shipping address is different from your billing
address, you will need to speak to Aidance Customer Service over the phone
(866-424-3262) to confirm
the authenticity of the change. If your order has already shipped,
the
order we will need to be returned before re-sending.
How is this packaged for shipping? Is it discreet?
The only identifying information is that it is from "Aidance
Skincare". There are absolutely no markings indicating sensitive
personal use.
I am outside the U.S. Are there import or customs issues?
Generally speaking, Aidance rarely experiences the shipment being
refused by the Customs Office of the destination country.
Aidance does its best to meet general documentation requirements. However, it
is possible that certain countries might require additional
documentation from you. Such a circumstance is your
responsibility. Aidance is not responsible for product being
impounded due to Customs issues beyond U.S. borders. Order
refunds, less Shipping and Handling, will only be given if the
product is returned to Aidance Skincare. For those that have
concerns about Customs delays in their countries, we recommend
choosing the International FedEx delivery option and making sure
to provide your telephone number on the Check-Out page.
